The SoccerDOC Way has been developed as a specific way of coaching soccer.

Many coaches are so busy with all the necessary work involved in coaching a soccer team, that by the time they get their players on the practice field, they simply have forgotten how to coach, or realistically, have never really been taught how to actually coach the game. Sure, they have attended various clinics, been awarded licenses, watched dvds, read books, picked up a number of good drills from the internet, but have they ever been shown how to coach?

The SoccerDOC Way can be used in any situation with players of all ages and abilities.

The SoccerDOC Way is a simple 3 step system that allows the coach to recognise that a player needs help in a certain area, it then allows the coach to show the player what he needs to work upon and finally the system enables the coach to coach…simple as that.
