I have added another category to the blog. Anyone who knows me knows that I am a soccer fanatic and also a bookworm. I read and read and read, it drives my wife mad!

So, what better for me to read than soccer books!

I have read so many books, it is hard to remember them all. However, a few of them do stand out and this one below is an absolutely amazing book.

I happened to be reading the book a couple of years ago as the UNC Women’s Team was winning another NCAA Championship.

The book is fascinating, you learn just what a driven and competitive person Anson Dorrance is. You learn how he manages women both on and off the field. You learn what true dedication to your voaction is all about.

I coach a men’s college team, but I still use a lot of what I learned from this book.

There are some amazing quotes, funny stories, motivational gems etc. Go ahead and buy the book right now, you will love it!
