Wow, Liverpool are on fire!! Could Rafa Benitez and his squad have had a better week? I don’t think so!

A thrashing of Real Madrid 4-0 followed by thumping Man Utd 4-1 at Old Trafford….Rafa must think all of his birthdays have come at once!!

So, what do you think he did differently this week as a coach? Is he responsible for these two gargantuan wins? Is it all down to the players? Did they just get some lucky breaks ?(no foul on Torres on the first goal, a dubious penalty decision for their second, Vidic getting sent off…)

Have you had results like this at your level? Do you take credit for them? Did you do anything different as a coach to bring about amazing results for your team? Or is it just an aligning of the planets, Law of Attraction, Murphy’s Law or something else that simply handed you and your team the right results at the right time?

It is hard to figure out how all of a sudden things just go your way for you and your team. Is it just simply payback for all of the hard work you, your staff and your players have been putting in?

These are great questions to ask of yourself and it is definitely worth the time spent searching for the answers, it will make a significant difference to how you coach in the future. Let me know what you find out!!
