OK, so we all coach soccer for a variety of reasons, but I am sure we all come across similar challenges. What’s your biggest challenge?

Is it dealing with parents?

Is it dealing with kids who have it all too easy?

Is it dealing with your best player having an attitude problem?

Is it not having the skills yourself to demonstrate to your players what you need?

Is it feeling out of your depth and not knowing how to to take the team further?

Is it not knowing how to coach particular techniques?

Is it not fully understanding the game tactically?

Is it not knowing how to effectively coach 11on11?

Wow, the list could go on couldn’t it!!
