OK, we are in for a great finish to the English Premier League, not so much for the Champions who look certain to be Manchester United, but the dogfight to avoid relegation is going to be massive.

There are still a number of teams fighting for their survival and it is going to go down to the wire. I have a feeling that the three teams to go down will be Middlesbrough, Hull City and Sunderland. I think Newcastle will escape and I think West Brom will pull off another historic end to their season and escape the drop. My team, Blackburn Rovers are not mathematically safe yet, but they do have some breathing space and we will probably need it.

Can you imagine the pressure on the players, managers, chairmen and fans over the next two games? Are you looking forward to witnessing the drama as it unfolds? It is going to be fantastic!

So, if your team is involved in the scrap for survival I wish you good luck. For the neutrals out there it is going to be fun watching as it all plays itself out.
