Soccer Transfers and Recruiting
OK, so my team isn’t exactly Manchester United or Manchester City for that matter, but I do believe I can relate to both Sir Alex and Mark Hughes respectively.
All three of us are focussed upon strengthening our rosters for the start of the season. I don’t have tens of millions to band about willy nilly, in fact I have nothing to offer my potential players. We are NCAA Division III so our players are volunteers, they cannot receive any atheltic scholarships.
I have added 17 new players to the roster so far, which I believe is pretty darn impressive. I have 5 more players on the cusp, 2 have been admitted and just need to decide if they are coming or not and the other 3 still have to be admitted. If we can pick up 3 out of these 5 I will be beside myself!
Can you imagine a professional team adding 20 new players to their team….OK, they are not rebuilding a program and they will already have established players, even adding 6 new players seems like out of the ordinary.
So, I am keeping my fingers crossed for the next week or so and should finally be able to put the recruiting efforts to bed. Then I will need to focus on appointing another assistant coach to help with the workload.
Let me know how your recruiting efforts have been going and Let’s Talk Soccer!

Paul & Jennifer;
Your site is very helpful – great stuff. I have a couple of questions for you and was hoping that you could send me an email. Thanks!

Thanks for posting about this, I would love to read more about this topic.
I really like your writing style, its not generic and extremly long and tedious like a lot of blog posts I read, you get to the point and I really enjoy reading your articles! Oh, and merry Christmas!
Generally I do not make comments on blogs, but I have to mention that this post really forced me to do so. Really nice post
I am always searching online for articles that can help me. Thank you
